As February begins, it’s natural to feel the excitement of the New Year starting to fade. Many of us begin the year full of energy and motivation, but as routines settle in, staying committed to our goals can feel more challenging. The key is to refocus and make small adjustments to stay on track without feeling overwhelmed. Here’s how to keep your momentum going and maintain progress toward your goals.

Revisit and Refine Your Goals
Take a moment to reflect on the goals you set in January. Are they still meaningful and realistic?
